Issue receiving confirmation email on gaming laptop

Hi everyone,

I’m having an issue with my gaming laptop intel 12th gen where I’m not receiving any confirmation emails for my gaming accounts. I’ve checked my spam folder, but there’s nothing there. I’ve also tried adding the email addresses to my safe senders list, but that hasn’t helped either.

Does anyone have any suggestions for what else I can try to resolve this issue? It’s becoming quite frustrating as I’m unable to verify my accounts and access certain features.

@Sharon_Smith, where is the email coming from? You said, “from my gaming accounts.” What gaming accounts are you referring to, and have you checked that the emails are actually sent from the account?
